We welcomed our son into the world at 1:52am on September 10th. He weighed 7lbs 13oz, was 21 inches long and had a head circumference of 13 inches. We haven't decided on a name yet.

i am just about 40 weeks at present and the squat has been invaluable in the third trimester in allowing me to still get to dropped stuff on the floor or clean spills on the floor or do things that i would normally do standing up. i don't mind clearing a surface on the floor to sort through something i'd normally lay out on a table (like going ( Read more... )

Just how much foot strength do you need for vaginal deliveries? I have a cast that should come off two weeks before my due date so I'm not sure how much strength I'll be able to re-gain by then. I would imagine as long as the baby isn't early it'll be enough time but my mom is convinced this will make things difficult ( Read more... )
